Same thing happened to me. I might have re-invested but I don't trust alt. to protect my credit card info. Right after I signed up last time my credit card was hacked, and I'm sure it was through alt. Fool me once... lol I like your reason for not re-upping better than mine. Hope everything continues to go well for you.

I got gold status offered for free as promotion for being a 'popular' alt-member.
