At times, it seems a period of our walls is indeed hitting walls, and rolling down to the ground.

I feel for you and I understand.

All i can say, is that it will not always be like this, but as to when, that is something we do not know.

I will pray that it will improve your for you. As much as we have our problems in life, when it comes down to certain things, like health, that is a major one. I hope they find out what is going with you, and things improve.

You strike me as so kind, so my heart hurts more for you.

Best wishes

See if you can sit down with him/family/a friend and talk through the issue. If you can identify it and look at it objectively, a good solution may become apparent.

Bonking more and having orgasms should be part of the solution! If it is part of the problem, it either requires much more chat (and red wine) or a change of bonking partner. Depending on the nature of the problem, being in a "slave" relationship could exacerbate things - for the dynamic to work I think you must be very sure of yourselves.

Well, given a total absence of real information, that is the best I can do - but trust me on the bonking!

Some walls present themselves as an opportunity to provoke thought. Remember Nietzsche: "That which does not kill you only makes you stronger."

Ask a lot of questions at the appointment and don't be pressured into making a quick decision. Any success claims should be corroborated (by asking for other references you can contact and check, for example).

Good luck

"With my guy, from the beginning, we hit several walls to our relationship"
He is still your guy right ?
Take comfort and strengh from that. And from him.

Good luck with your appointment and write down all the questions you have so you don't forget to ask once your there.

If you keep running into walls, maybe you should bring a ladder.

If you're having trouble getting medical explanations you can understand, you might try what my son did when confronted with his wife's cancer. He got a friend who had a medical background to accompany him to his appointment with the surgeon. Afterward they went over the surgeon's analysis until he understood it.

Sometimes hospitals and even doctors can work out less-expensive options for patients who have trouble with insurance or high costs. My sister, who's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, tried this and got a discount. You're pretty sharp, so you may already have tried it. Usually it's a long shot, but if it's the only shot you've got, why not take it?

Since I returned to the US, I've constantly run into walls in my relationships. They're a pain, but they keep you on your toes, and they also help you realize that you can't be one-dimensional in your relationships. Innovation, and variety are the spice of life.

None of this is very helpful when you feel like crap because you're not well. Deal with that first, try to get your guy to be of some help, and hope for the best. With all this horseshit, there's bound to be a pony in there someplace if you just keep digging.

sarah

I hope the visit goes well and you can be cured, or, at least helped...

Sending out good vibrations for you to fully recover. At least you don't have to cross the plateau in a covered wagon..........otherwise you would have one sore butt, and not the good kind of sore butt.

I've learnt that sometimes we need to hit rock bottom to be able to bounce back. Hope your health issues have improved
