Sunshine and Aggravation

Have you ever had one of those days, when you wake up and just know it is going to be an amazing day?

Today was fabulous, the weather is so nice, I was able to dig out spring like shoes.. although I love my boots, they do get little boring after six months..

So off I went, dressed for spring, happy, singing along with my stereo...

Then wham.. up against one of the most obtuse people I have ever met.. even this beautiful day made it hard to resist throat punching him. Simply the thought of how it would do no good kept me restrained.. and the thought of being restrained brought me back to my happy place.

Must admit, I am quite proud of myself for not letting him ruin the whole day, though I will never get those moments back, I can surely make the rest of them better.

Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.

There is always the regret that I didn't throat punch him, it may have made someone else's day better.. Oh well, food for thought.

That's a good attitude. Don't let one jerk ruin you day. I do appreciate the "throat punch" reference.

Thanks Tami! It is hoped that you never have occasion to feel that way!
